Sorry for the delay in posting today. My hosting company was having some issues this morning. If any of you experienced difficulties accessing my site today, I apologize. Hopefully everything is back to normal again.
Joe and Ashley had a gorgeous fall day for their wedding. Because Joe and Ashley live in Michigan, I wasn’t able to do an engagement session for them. It was great getting to know them on this important day of their lives. The recurring topic of conversation during the day was just how incredibly nice, smart, and talented they are – and really, they truly are!
Here are the details on their vendors:
Ceremony and reception: The Waterfront
Wedding planner: An Affair to Remember
Flowers: Cottage Garden Floral
Dress: Charlotte’s Bridal
Ashley’s family was standing behind me “oohhing and awwing” and crying while I was taking these pictures. 🙂
My second shooter, Dawn Silva took this photo while the bridesmaids and groomsmen were walking down the aisle. I love it. I think it might actually be favorite from the whole wedding. 🙂
Ashley always wanted to get married in her backyard. We took pictures there instead, and it was so pretty!
I know this is a super traditional ring shot, but I like it for a change.
They met up with their wedding party at the Bodega downtown. I had to take my favorite chair picture. 🙂
Then the reception and all of the lovely details.
I like how Ashley’s parents are in the background of this shot.
I don’t think I have posted a bouquet shot all year!
Joe and Ashley, thank you for letting me be a part of your day! Best wishes in your life together.
PS, I have one more wedding this year coming up in December. Don’t worry, I still have plenty of sessions to post and I’ll try my best to keep posting in my “down time.” I’m definitely looking forward to hibernating a bit this winter though. I can’t believe I’m almost done with this wedding season: 23 weddings down, 1 more to go!

Beautiful Pictures Tiffany and Dawn! You captured the spirit of Joe and Ashley perfectly. You got such great natural shots, and it never felt like you were even there.
