Sunday evening was Dave and Rikki’s engagement session. They were referred to me from Matt & Kristi….Rikki was in their wedding. I think referrals are the biggest compliment! I love that Dave and Rikki already have a great idea of my style and how I work on the wedding day. Judging by how well their engagement session went, I think their wedding next May will be great!
We started off downtown La Crosse, WI and then went across the river to Pettibone park. I so love the fall colors right now. I think Rikki and Dave made excellent clothing choices for this time of year. Not only the colors, but the fabrics fit right in.
I think in this picture Rikki and I were both laughing at Dave for making a weird face, but in this shot it just looks really sweet. And, don’t you just LOVE Rikki’s hair cut? I’m desperately in need of a new style and am wondering if copying it would be wrong? Maybe I should wait until after their wedding? 🙂
Dave pulled out some really great ideas at Pettibone (surprising Rikki even). 🙂 I really love the tree/sunset shot below…totally Dave’s idea.
