Saturday I photographed Matt and Kristi. We scheduled this date a long time ago and I thought for sure there would be blossoms and it would be lovely warm weather. But, no blossoms and very cold, windy weather. The sky was amazing though, so it more than made up for the chilly weather.
For this shot, the sky all of a sudden opened up and I told them to RUN to the gazebo, and they did! 🙂 Such good kids!
I’ve always wanted to have a session at the BIG tree along the marsh trails. Kristi mentioned the marsh trails when we were deciding on a location, and I, of course, mentioned the tree. She said that they were very familiar with that tree because the bench next to it has their initials carved into – but they didn’t carve them. Had to get a picture of that!
Also had to get a picture of the BIG tree.
