I’m sure you have noticed that I’m not doing too much family photography these days. I’ve decided to focus on wedding and engagements. However, Miss V is turning 3 and I had to photograph this momentous event. I don’t write about too much personal stuff on this blog, so I don’t believe I have mentioned before that Max and I are in a mom’s and kids group – the coolest, most fun, moms and kids group. I met Miss V and her mom in this group and like everyone else, I’ve come to just adore V. If there is such a thing as an old soul, she is one. I’ve been wanting to photograph this family at their house for ages. I’m happy I finally had the opportunity!
It was so fun following V around for an afternoon. I got to have a glimpse of what it would be like to have a girl. 🙂 Thanks, guys for having me over, and Happy 3rd Birthday, Miss V!

ohhh i absolutely adore these images – and the super cute miss v! i just love the feel of these photos… very “a day in the life of…”. my favorite hands-down is of her sitting in the green chair reading Cat in the Hat!! beautiful job!!
