A personal post

Besides the (adorable) pictures of my (adorable) children, I don’t really get too personal on here, but today I would really like to share this with you. In January, my husband, Ryan, had a malignant tumor removed from his cheek, and today was his last radiation treatment. He just completed 6 weeks of treatments. To say this winter has been long is an understatement around here. We are so happy this part of our lives is over. Tuesday he has a follow-up appointment that will hopefully be good news of being cancer free. I can’t say enough things about how strong and amazing Ryan has been during this process. I’ve totally kept my act together because he’s kept his together.

I am so happy to finally be able to capture this moment. I guess it is a tradition to ring a bell when you finish your treatments. The picture is not-so-great, but the moment was pretty awesome. 🙂
Done!
