Heather joked yesterday that everyone knew that Bobby was going to propose except her, even their future wedding photographer. I heard about Bobby’s upcoming proposal from another bride of mine, and I was so excited. I shot Heather’s sister’s wedding in May 2009 and saw what an adorable couple they make. I was hoping I’d have the honor of being their wedding photographer. I’ve been anxiously waiting for this session not only because of how cute they are but because it was my first session back after maternity leave. It felt GREAT to take pictures again. Bobby and Heather had a ton of great ideas and great locations picked.
We walked around downtown Coon Valley and found all sorts of treasures (yes, Coon Valley has a “downtown”). ๐
This shot is a little different for me.
Then we went “sledding.”
